Charlie has run 250 miles to and from 40 football clubs and 3,000-mile cycle from London to Rio, completed 16 marathons including New York, London, and Singapore, and 3 Ironman Triathlons.

She has taken on numerous colossal challenges as you can read about on her advocate page. In 2014, she ran 250 miles to 40 different football clubs in England , via running into a variety of football matches before kick-off or at half-time. She finished at West Ham where she ran on to the pitch into the centre circle to a standing ovation to mark her 250th mile.

Cycling 3000 miles from London UK to Rio Brazil in 5 weeks in 2016. She started at the Olympic Stadium in London, cycling through Europe and South America to finish at the top of the Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro.

Charlie achieved her first full Ironman in 2015 racing the UK Ironman in Bolton, the month before she finished her first 70.3 Ironman in Staffordshire, UK. She did her first triathlon only the year before having learned how to swim and ride a race bike for the first time. She is now a big fan of triathlon and Ironman, achieving 3 to date, and even went on to host the Ironman World Championships in Kona broadcasting globally in 2017, being the first female and Brit to do so.

Charlie also trains in boxing at Churchill's boxing gym in London. She has done combat sports since she was young, karate as a junior and she first started hitting the bags when she was 17 years old. She also trained in Muay Thai at the same age, even teaching the basics for fitness when she was at University. When she lived in Singapore she trained down at the Singapore army base with several Muay Thai World Champions.
